The server that day was excellent and very friendly
We enjoyed the food, well prepared!! Service was efficient and pleasant. The table close to us had loud conversation. Too bad.
Amazing service and food!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Reminded me of being in London.
Our server was very awkward when conversing and made us feel uncomfortable, also would feel water at uncalled for moments like when we just took a sip and put the glass down she went to pour a little in. Overall the st. regis and louix louis was beautiful. Food was okay with very small portions and not many options.
Stunning ambience, service was rushed. Poor timing between courses. Great food quality.
First time at Louix Louis and it was a great experience. Food was unique with their pairings and cocktails were tasty. I went for my friends birthday and of course ordered the kings slice. The cake is massive and can feed a lot more than the 2 of us. Our server was kind and informative. I would come back for their cocktails and an evening lounging. Also, felt safe as all staff were wearing masks and keeping distance!
