Awesome service, will come with families again, thanks.
Excellent service from start to finish. Food selection has variety.
When I arrived and paid for my table of 8. They charged over 15% gratitude without asking. It’s a self service dining. Tip shouldn’t be so high. Than they rushed us out saying they close at 10 when people still getting food. We just finishing our coffee and talking cause family member leaving back to australia. The place had less than 10 table the whole night. Not worth the price at all. Variety of food not there. Quality of meat cuts not there.. best to go to the keg for same amount of food with better service. It was an embarrassing experience to treat people for dinner.
We were the one who are first in line before the restaurant open. The receptionist the guy was very rude, he keeps telling us that once we get in we just should only to stay for 1.5hrs and it was not even busy. We understand that there is limit stay but really the way he talked to us not very polite and doesn’t know how to Listen and understand well to the customers. They should put atleast english speaker in the receptionist and have customer service skills to talk to customers. My parents in law not pleased the way he talked to us.
We booked a time online that did not exist in the restaurant (10:30 am) and were not told until 2 hours before the reservation. We had to wait 1 hour extra and then were charged twice as much for the later time. The manager was very helpful along with our server but the hostesses were rude and not understanding – they seemed to blame me for booking the wrong time. The website and Open Table need to be adjusted for this restaurant.
The food are much better now compared to before… Just noticed that there was no Artichoke salad 🙁
There is no something special about the buffet to make it to the value of the price. We rarely get a waiter’s attention for coffee or water or drinks. It became like a regular food chain getting your own drinks from the corners. It does not look like a fine dining anymore. Nothing special to look forward to on your next visit.
Not worth it. Food was not good. It was too expensive. Crab wasn’t fresh. Doesn’t look appetizing.
Was not much of food collecting, and i felt a little sick afterwards.
It was quite expensive – we were seniors and probably did not get our money’s worth.
The quality of this place has definitely gone down from the last time we were here. The line up outside made it unclear for parties with reservations could proceed to the desk or to wait in line to be checked in. The noise level was just astounding! We could barely hear each other from across the table. The food choices were few and most were very salty. The prime rib was mostly over done or had stayed under the warmer for so long it had gone overdone. The replenishment of the sushi as well as the crab salad took too long and people milled about the area waiting causing traffic and delay. Really, the only positive thing about this experience for me was the kind, courteous and friendly staff that assisted us from the time we arrived until we left. Our server also attended to our table quite frequently and that was much appreciated. I’m not sure that I want to come back to this buffet after this experience.
For the lunch price($28) including gratuities the food variety was ok. Very little seafood and meat. The place was clean service was fine.
Had a great time at the riverrock buffet….always great food and ambiance….will return in the future….great friendly staff….Thanks HCS
Been to the buffet 2 times before. We don’t eat meat so we went on Fridays just because they serve seafood on Fridays. This last visit was horrible would never go back again. Only seafood was baked selmon and we paid over $40 par person.
