Own or work here?The Sultan’s Tent & Cafe Moroc evoke a feeling of French Morocco Ambience. Enjoy the charms of our belly dancers while dining in lantern lit tents. Steps away from The St. Lawrence Market and across from Beczy Park.
Café Moroc is reminiscent of 1930s Casablanca with its cream colours, dark wood accents and giant palms. We have been an iconic destination \”Where Toronto Celebrates\” for over 28 years.
The Sultan’s Tent offers only a 3-course Prix Fixe menu inside our Tented area where you enjoy a 30 minutes belly dance performance or an a La carte menu inside our Cafe Moroc or outside at the Patio.

Great restaurant – beautiful place – great entertainment
Love the place but pricy menu. Excellent management
I can’t find words to explain how amazing this restaurant is, as you get in, you forget that you’re in Toronto because of the amazing Moroccan decor. The food, the service, were simply fantabulous and don’t let me begin with the fantastic belly dancing experience.
I had a great experience here! I showed up a little bit before the belly dancing show started and really enjoyed the performance. My server made excellent recommendations based on my dietary restrictions and I loved each of my courses. My friend and I had the hummus and pita/ maftoul for appetizers and the merguez tajine/ braised lamb freekeh for the mains and then baklava and Moroccan mint green tea to finish the meal. Would recommend for anyone looking forward to a dinner and a show that’s value for your money! The owner and the servers were all so friendly and welcoming – I’ll be back again!

Definitely time your dinner to see the belly dance show. The show along with the food and decor of the restaurant provides an incredible atmosphere. You really do feel that you are in Morocco. I had a great experience!
Despite COVID restrictions, the entire experience was amazing. The kids had lots of fun, they loved the ambiance and the food, but their favorite was the manager or owner. They couldn’t stop talking about how he was fun and nice. Thank you for making them feel special. And we all loved the great show put by you bellydancer and drummer.
It was a very good experience, the food was very good and many vegetarian options. Really enjoyed the show with the belly dancer and the drum. Highly recommended.
Very accommodating servers and kitchen as I have a gluten sensitivity and was given another tasty option as my side. The servers were also friendly and polite. Food was fantastic! Belly dancing and percussion show was also really good!
Amazing food, service and show. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Unfortunately, it costs a fair chunk of money, so I can’t afford to go as often as I’d like. Would definitely like to return again.

Great staff, great performers, great food. They went out of their way to make it a special night for us and we didn’t even ask them to. For folks that knew they’d be shut down at midnight, they were amazing. Kudos to this team – we will be back.
