Chica’s Chicken

My daughter and her fiance told us about this great little restaurant. We made the pilgrimage from the downtown core to try it out. It did not disappoint! The quality of the chicken was amazing. Nice thick juicy breast with just the perfect amount of…coating. The best part was the super spicy dry rub applied just before plating. It was amazing. Matt the Chef was just making a fresh batch when we arrived. The buttermilk dill sauce was a great complement to the smoky and spiciness. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I wish they would sell the rub as I would love to buy some for BBQ season.

Tried Chica’s chicken for the first time. I ordered the quarter chicken meal with waffle fries which came with buttermilk ranch dip. Overall I was impressed, I didn’t expect the chicken to be deep fried! Overall chicken tasted very good and moist. Waffle fries tasted…good as well, although would of tasted better if they didn’t forget to pack ketchup with my order! (Pick-up order)More

If you d like Coronary artery disease visit this place multiple times a week. The sandwiches are huge for 14$ it is a bit steep. Does it taste good? well compared to chicken sandwiches at your local Big M store this is a no brainer,…tastes great I had it on three occasions and only on the third one was I a bit disappointed as I got more batter than chicken.

yooooooooooooooo these is the 2nd best nashville hot in TO don’t even @ me no questions asked hands down! The wait to actually get a sandwich is insane cuz you always gotta wait at least a half hour but I don’t even mind…the quality is…that good! the fact that they serve halal is just a bonus point i’m here for! Prices a bit on the higher end, but then again…you can’t expect nashville, TN prices in Toronto, that just wouldn’t work! But a bi-weekly trip here will help cure all.
