Maison Bagatelle

When I first set foot into this quaint little cafe, I feel in love. A walking distance from my work, I saw myself eating here on a regular basis in the near futur. My experience however was so unpleased, I can assure you, I will…never set foot again. 1. On the menu you have a chocolate crepe option. You can pick either white, milk, dark or (emphasis on the OR) Nutella. I ordered a Nutella crepe. To my surprise I got a crepe with EVERYTHING on it. The presentation was fantastic, the taste would have been too for me if it wasn’t for the fact the I dislike white chocolate and had mentioned it to the waitress (who is also same person that cooks and handles the cash register) . 2. WATCH YOUR BILL!!!! When it can time to pay, the price of crepe + taxes should have been about 14$ and a few cents. The lady at the cash told me 14$.. then corrected herself and said 17$. When she handed me the Interac machine it read 19$. I repeat the correct price back to her twice before she corrected it. The reading was now 17$ on the machine and not 14$. ***Maison Bagatelle charges its client a none advertised service fee of 1.30$, which I’m pretty certain is illegal***More
