CattleBaron Steakhouse SE – Sundance

I ate at this steakhouse recently had it was wonderful. Our server was very helpful and made sure everything was just right. I would recommend the RibEye for sure.

Very enjoyable. Escargot and brussel sprouts for starters, then veal chop for the wife and a NY strip for me. Steaks seasoned nicely (balanced and not overly spiced) and cooked perfectly. Exactly what you’d want from a steakhouse. Finished with an Irish Creme crem brûlée…and was a fantastic meal. Recommend the Molly Dooker Boxer wine. Goes great and they do the Molly Dooker shake. Oh. Service was great all the way through.

I had not been to the Cattle Baron for a few months and was dining for lunch on Wednesday, September 1st with two friends. It was awesome to be served by Heidi, whom I have known for 9 years and as usual, A-one service. Heidi…is not only extremely personable, she truly is a credit to the Sun Park location. Also saw Lindsay, whom I have dealt with over the months, and is a relatively new employee, and it was amazing to interact with her. Thanks Heidi – the service, food and conversation were amazing.
