Executive Chef Lucas Gallagher has created an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that, like the Chameleon, changes its appearance with its surroundings. Our intentions are to showcase the Pacific Northwest through seasonally inspired dishes and cocktails.

Chameleon is our go to restaurant in Maple Ridge. We feel like we’ve driven to downtown Vancouver but haven’t had to deal with traffic and parking. The staff are lovely and attentive. They are extremely helpful when you have a question about their menu. They go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is top notch. The food was delicious and topped off by a decadent and delicious dessert.
We had a great time. The waitress was terrific and the food was delicious.
Slight miscommunication with the timing of the main course. Restaurant more than made up for it. Delicious meal, and a wonderful server. Can’t wait to come back.
Father’s Day celebration
Second time with family ordering the 5 course Chef’s meal and I was fantastic! Was my son’s birthday and he said was the best meal he’s ever had! Every course was so good and highly recommend it.

Chameleon never ever disappoints. Ever. The menu is always delicious and makes it hard to pick just one thing. The fabulous bar menu is perfectly curated and pairs exceptionally with food menu.
