Your website is terrible. I live in Sherwood Park Alberta and ask for the location several times but as I got it booked I found it was in Richmond, BC. Tried to cancel online but couldnt make website do that. So I had to call Richmond direct to cancel. Never did eat there so all ratings mean nothing. But rating the website – Terrible
Service and food was excellent! Our Waiter, Frank was efficient and friendly and the Bartender and Hostesses were great!

One of our orders of prime ribs was overcooked. It was not medium rare but medium well.

Sandra our server was very attentive. Food was delicious every time we went.
Frank was personable and accommodating, he was also training a new staff member Dave who was also great. My partner had some food restrictions and they went above and beyond in trying to figure an option that she could have. Kudos to Matt who also provided such transparency on how items were prepared and went in depth to make sure nothing was missed. This is the kind of experience you want to have when dining out.
My husband enjoyed the wedge salad. The cocktails were good. My husband liked the steak Oscar. I had the steak frites – not my thing. It was done sous vide and had a strange texture and not enough seasoning. Mini desserts were tasty. Service was good. I thought I had booked poolside because I clicked on the link directly from the promo email, but we were seated inside so I guess the booking process wasn’t as straight forward as I thought.
Fantastic food and service! However calling dining poolside an “experience” is a bit much. We got dressed up for dinner to eat by the hotel pool with patrons of the hotel sitting in pool loungers and their bathing suits. We will be back! But next time, probably indoors.

Not enough services, too slow, took them 10 minutes to give us ice water.. didn’t tell us, they charge the fresh bread, which used to be free bread. Bone in rib eye steak was too chewy and salty. The beetroot was hard like a rock.

I have been going to CHOP since it first opened in Richmond several years ago. The food has always been outstanding. It was good this time but not up to the quality I have come to expect but I wouldn’t stop going because of this one dinner…based on the food. The service, however, is a different story. Once we were seated it took close to 15 minutes for a server to arrive. There were only 4 parties in the restaurant at the time. He didn’t introduce himself but merely said he is our waiter. He was pleasant enough though. We ordered a bottle of wine. He showed me the label, decanted it and poured. I was not asked if I wanted to taste it. Our salads arrived 40 minutes into our evening. Way too long! Dinner arrived and was over an hour before we got our food. Overall the service was extremely slow and the server did thank us for our patience but offered no explanation. He may have been new but should have had a ‘mentor’ working with him. Restaurants are starting to open up and people WANT to go out for dinner and I realize it is a challenge to find staff right now but CHOP has to do better. I will treat this one evening as a ‘one off’ and give them another chance as I have had great experiences there in the past.
We sat outside and it was so nice. There was no concern with other patrons, the food was the best tasting ever, and our server was so prompt, friendly and happy. I enjoyed the pale ale and the pink lemonades were a hit! The birthday shooters were an awesome gesture.
Always a good experience. Prime Rib was perfectly done. Love the services. Wish they have more outlets in Lower Mainland.

Sirloin steak was too tough we could not chew it. Prime rib was good but too much thick sauce.
The steaks were amazing and the service was incredible. Dave went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for the evening to be special!
