Not one of the prettiest Earl’s locations I have ever been in, but otherwise totally what i would expect from the chain.
Great food
Great to get out and have some great food!
Service was fantastic. One of the best servers we have ever encountered. Food was good but not amazing. Their “prime rib” is just a sirloin steak. Kind of misleading but the server did mention this prior to ordering. Food was fast and hot, but not as good as it could be for the price point. Pretty pricey for what you get but nothing really to complain about.
Delicious, great server, nice atmosphere. Was a very nice dinner out.
Great cuisine, good service, but the price per gram of portion size was pretty high (as Earls has been since the 90’s). Their motto used to be “Eat a Little, Eat a Lot” but we always used to joke on birthdays etc it should be “Eat a Little, Pay a Lot”. That being said, the portion sizes are the right size so as not to overeat, but the price tag could come down a notch and they could make more of their margins off of their liquor sales. But the dish we had was incredibly tasty.
Mallory, our server – was amazing! Made sure we had everything we needed at all times and very friendly. Food was delicious! Only downside – lots of guests being allowed to walk around with no mask. I chose to bring my grandma here cause I thought they were implementing the mask policy. Managers telling guests where the washing was, but not asking them to wear a mask. I don’t think I’ll be back till COVID is over.

Fantastic drinks and appetizers
The service was terrible. When I first walked in no one greeted me, no one asked if I had a reservation or not, and when I asked if anyone can help me no one answered. Also, when I got seated to my table, I was sitting there for 15 mins and no one asked if I wanted anything. On top of that, my friend asked for an ice tea and it never came to her. It was apparently “send to another table”. Our waitress started to be more polite once we made a complaint in front of other staffs.
Friendly staff! Food was delivered fairly fast and was very yummy.
Servers could have been more attentive. Had to ask for water, napkins, the bill. A bit noisy as we were on the patio. Food was ok. I think a bit over priced. And automatic lowest % for a tip was 16%??? That is weird. Overall good!
