Gondola Pizza Restaurants

The best pizza we have ever had. Had a delivered x-large pepperoni, bacon and mushroom pizza with family size tossed salad. It was hot and the salad so fresh and loaded into the takeout container. I just want to say thank you too the cook…and delivery driver!! Awesome!!More

Used to get Gondola Pizza all of the time but haven’t had it in awhile since I moved. I ordered two extra large pizzas that had two toppings and the total came up to $45. This is a substantial increase from the last time I…ordered not that long ago! I vaugely remember it being 35$ INCLUDING delivery? I asked the cashier and she’s at the prices increase on February 5th. Upon bringing them home, they seem much smaller. Extra large pizzas used to be cut into squares because they were so big, now they are just triangle pieces with an extra cut. They look more like a medium pizza or maybe a large. Definitely not worth the money, definitely won’t be ordering from Gondola again! Such a disappointment, this was my favourite place!More

This location has an amazing thin crust, they still cook it old school in the pizza stone oven and it is absolutely amazing. Definitely use top quality ingredients as these pizzas so good, and next day left overs taste so good unlike other places, cold…double cheese the next day is a must try leftover. Best loaded pizza is the Thin Crust Bacon Double Cheese BDC cooked extra well done. By far mine and my wife and kids favorite pizza place.

Have not eaten at Gondolas for many years, used to go in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Their pizzas are as good as they ever were and if I had any complaint whatsoever, is that the thin crust is not quite as good as…it used to be. Almost tasted like a premade machine made, but still tasty.

I placed an order for delivery from the Portage ave location. The order was incorrect, I called the restaurant and they said they would send another one. 10 mins later I recieved a phone call stating that they want the pizza back!!! Its during the…Pandemic and they want the food back? That is just out right disgusting. Makes me wonder what they would do with that returned pizza. I do not recommend this place of business to anyone. You’re probably eating someone elses “returned” pizza ?More
