Don’t understand the hype, food is worse than microwave food and so much more expensive ..
Perfect! First time at Toronto location
We came as a family for a nice long overdue outing. The service and attitude of our servers was not acceptable. Made our experience disappointing for sure.
Great food and ambience! Nice to be able to purchase a variety of Good products from the Eately Store.
The restaurant was crowded, so even though we got there on time we still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The food and service was excellent, we had a lovely evening.
Great experience.. smaller portions but the food was delicious! Drinks were severely overpriced and can be found in the Eataly market for a fraction of the cost. Otherwise, I would definitely return (and drink water!)
Its a 5 Start experience less the impact of COVID restrictions which makes it 4 stars. This was our first time @ Eataly Toronto, and due to the COVID restrictions, it lacked the ambiance of the Manhattan Eataly. I can’t wait to return when the COVID situation is better, and we can have the full Eataly Experience. Service was great, and they were able to accommodate a Gluten + Dairy restrictions – make sure you ask, as they had options not called out on the menu. The Gluten Free / Dairy Free Pizza was fabulous – It was as good as most gourmet pizza I have had, and is the best Gluten free crust I have had. Hopefully we can buy the dough for @ home too? The seafood pasta and the ravioli were also very very good. We will definitely return.
Service was quick and the food portions were adequate. I don’t know how much people expect to eat normally and why they would complain about small portions but we all thought there was a good amount of food. We
Very nice, but not as nice as the one in New York! Not impressed with the condiments in plastic containers (but that might be a COVID thing?). Very impressed with the Italian servers!
Very good food, had the fresh ravioli with pear and gorgonzola and it was delicious. Waiter was polite and professional. Food was reasonably priced, but don’t expect to pay less than $15 for a pizza/pasta option. Wine was a bit on the pricy side. Overall, a great dining experience, would most definitely recommend.
The food was great! We loved the pizza and burrata.
The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was super friendly and catered to any and all of our needs. The food was TO DIE FOR! We had the meatballs which were delicious along with 2 pizzas and WOW. I can’t rave enough about the food, if you haven’t gone then you are truly missing out.
We love chef Lydia but the experience was so disappointing. 30$ charcuterie board was a joke. 40$ lobster pasta not worth it at all. I like quality and value and got neither.
Overall great meal. Just found a piece of mozzarella that i could buy at a grocery store for $5.00 selling for $20.00 was a bit excessive. Otherwise service was great and drinks were tasty.
