Moxie’s Grill & Bar – Fairview Mall

Nothing spectacular about this place. Consistent menu and decent service. Good for a business lunch but not somewhere I would go for a special occasion.

Great meal – even better service. Try the guacamole, table made, fresh and tasty.

Our waitress was excellent. Very personal, beautiful smile and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in us regularly. Food was good however my friend had ordered the pasta dish with shrimp and 2 of the shrimp still had the tails on them which did not make her happy. Otherwise everything else was good , a bit noisy so hard to hear each other at times.

Per usual, excellent service and good food. The only downside was being seated close to the kitchen. The voices were loud and the language was crude and offensive. Our server addressed the situation as soon as he was aware of it.

Enjoyed a pre-movie Birthday dinner as a couple. Staff (hostess, server, food bringer) are friendly and aimed to please though at times were uncoordinated. Soup appetizer arrived after entrée, asked for no guacamole but got it anyway. Hostess graciously provided soup as comp due to the delay. Ambience is good for night out with significant other. Would return.

From the time we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a sincere smile and exchange of conversation. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and we were feted in style. Our Server, Aria was exceptional as was the food. They presented my husband with a delicious birthday dessert! We’ll be back! All in all a lovely experience.

We went for the Monday Half Priced wings and had to stay in the lounge to get that deal. We both ordered the Honey Garlic wings ( which are totally amazing) and the Sweet Potato fries ( which went cold rather quickly (neither of us even got a third into them. The lounge is always loud.. maybe they should turn down the music.

Excellent service. We were pleased with the waitress. The food was great. My friend is gluten intolerant and special care was given to ensure she had the right food.

When you walk knot to Moxies, you get a warm feeling due to the ambience and décor. Our waitress approached me very quickly, as I was waiting for a business collogue to show up for lunch. She was very attentive and friendly. My guest and I both ordered the fish tacos, mine with fries and his with nachos. The fish nachos were okay, as they needed the hot sauce , as their was not enough original sauce in the tacos. The worst thing was that the nachos had very little fish pieces and all I tasted was the lettuce and other ingredients. More fish would be best, as they are FISH nachos.

Very nice lunch for six of us. Everything pretty great.

Service was spectacular…….food issues were corrected by manager. Deafening base made it hard to have a conversation.

Service was exemplary, good food. Staff had great knowledge of the menu, made recommendations for both drinks and food.

My server was amazing. The food was good, and it’s relatively close to home. I just find it quite loud, and if I want to listen to something on my phone, it’s hard to block out the ambient sound.
