We’re embarking on an all-new culinary adventure and we want your input as we test all-new plates and re-imagined recipes to go alongside the untouchable favourites that made us famous.
In addition to the new menu, our Test Kitchen offers local craft brews batched exclusively for this location and integrated hospitality technology in to the service. The goal of our Test Kitchen is to test every aspect of our restaurant and ensure we provide each guest with a truly satisfying dining experience.

We made a reservation days in advance to sit at a standard table but unfortunately, when we arrived we had to sit in the bar at a table which is too tall for me as I have short legs and my feet fall asleep because I can’t reach the foot pedestal. In the bar, a game was on which made it a bit loud to carry on a conversation with my dinner companion. This is why I like to sit in the restaurant. Besides those 2 things, service was good, food was great and the safety around Covid practices was excellent. I felt safe and I would go back again for a dinner out.
Great food every time
We always have a meaningful and memorable experience at Moxie’s Shawnessy this time staff went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife with flowers and wine for our 13th wedding anniversary. Thank you Moxie’s team!
We both ordered steak which came out just the way we asked but on cold plates so our dinner got cold pretty quickly which was a shame.
Fantastic, spaced out properly for our last Covid meal of 2020.

Great service and like the new Calamari
The food was amazing, service was great, drinks on point. I think our only complaint was the restaurant lighting was dimmed everywhere but our table so it felt like a spotlight on us.
Food and service was great. We felt that the Covid-19 measures in place were adequate. Went during happy hour so it wasn’t busy at that time. Best nachos in the City for sure.
Ribs a little dry. Salad and shrimp tacos were excellent!
Had a great time there with my kids. Moxie’s is always there first choice. My son loves the burger so much, he literally scarfs it down in 3 minutes. And my daughter loves the kids ice cream volcano. Service was great! I was having a blood sugar issue and my server took such good care of me right away. She was great with my kids and super attentive. The food was good as always and the space is always clean and quiet. We love coming for dinner.
Cob salad was so disappointing. Everything about it was 1/10. Left 80% of it
Took our young family (two boys aged 7 and 4) out for a freedom dinner and Moxies was fantastic. The service was excellent, atmosphere fantastic, and the food was pretty good and decently priced. Drinks a bit over priced but that’s most restaurants. We will go back!
