This is Michael Noble.
He is a visionary. Internationally inspired, classically trained, Chef Noble comes to you with passion, enthusiasm and an infectious smile. He loves food and you can taste it in every bite. With care, attention and love he has assembled his team – craftsmen, tradesmen, artists, designers, writers, farmers, ranchers and chefs. Together this team is inspired and motivated by Noble’s leadership and vision to provide a dining experience that is remarkable and comfortable.

Once again YELP does not let me down. Roasted Parsnip Soup and Roasted Chicken. Best I have had in a long time.
This is just a wonderful restaurant. Recently came to NotaBle with a group of coworkers. We were at the back of the restaurant and had to wonderful servers. Food was amazing, drink selection was great, and the desert was perfect except the blue cheese cake I didn’t like it. The bathroom in the back was not working. But we didn’t mind coming out and using the bathrooms at the front of the restaurant. Like I said the food and the service was A+ and worth coming here. We come to Calgary every year for work and we always come here for business dinners and is just always great.
Came here for one of my co-workers birthday lunch. One of the guys from the group suggested to get the brisket sandwich and I’m so glad I ordered it. It was very good! Service was good and food was tasty. The restaurant looks modern and it has a good atmosphere. You won’t get anything cheap here, but the food is good. There is a mandatory 18% gratuity for groups of 7 or more.
