We received very poor service at our table. I ordered a half rack of ribs that was flavourless, dry and cold. The fries were from frozen just average. There was nothing else on the plate or side dish. We weren’t asked if everything was okay. We weren’t asked if we wanted other drinks, or if we wanted dessert.
They were fixing the roof smelt pretty bad from the tar
Wait staff was good but I did not catch her name. When we arrived we were told that we should have notified the restaurant that we had a wheel chair, yet it did not mention that in the online reservation.
We went Christmas Eve. A very busy night. The service was great. Our server was excellent. The meal – fish and chips was hot and crispy. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
The food is okay. I always find all Pickle Barrels were under staff. The waiters were so busy and some tables did not get cleaned for a long time. Other than that, it’s good for for it is.
Deli sandwich great. Main floor washroom needs sanitizing – not the first time I’ve noticed this.
The place could definitely use a better washroom maintenance and better signs for washrooms. Service also could use more speed. The place was lacking music which could be low and soft.
Food OK, service was exceptional! Very comfortable for lunch.
