We are now accepting reservations for the Igloo Experience in January. For more information, or to make a reservation, please call (647) 464-3310 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience our closure my have caused and look forward to opening as soon as we are able.
In the Spirit of Community Support during this unprecedented time, Proof Bar is offering the Igloo Experience in partnership with Nellies, Shelter for Women and Children. Proceeds of each Reservations will go directly to Nellies Shelter for Women and Children to allow further support in our community.

Proof bar was very spacious, the searing area was superbeb, I was skeptical that I wouldn’t like it but it was great, it was pretty empty but that’s what me and my friends wanted, the good was pretty salty though
It was the perfect environment for a birthday party. Chill environment with good drink choices. Not too pricy for the atmosphere. Amazing service!

Jamie and Marly made the experience what it was . Jamie’s bartending skills were nothing short of amazing and marly always seemed to recommend the perfect dishes- from the honey glazed octopus to the falafel , everything including the casual conversation with the proof staff was fantastic .

Service wasn’t the best… Food quality wasn’t the best either… Burger didn’t taste fresh. A bit of a ripoff for the price. However the patio is pretty quiet which we enjoyed.
