Thank you to Wes and his team for one of the best meals I have had in a while. From the inventive cocktails, to the food, everything was impeccable. I took my sister to celebrate her graduation and she absolutely loved all dishes she had (which is rare!). Wagyu steak was done perfectly as was our pasta dish.
Fun night, arrived late and they were able to accommodate us which was much appreciated! Service wasn’t great but the cocktails were tasty and food was good. Next time we’ll sit at the bar for drinks and apps 🙂
Wonderful food. Atmosphere. And service. Highly recommend going here.
We went in on their busiest night of the year, Valentine’s Day. I was apprehensive at first about only being able to be seated at the bar hearing they were triple booked. But it worked out perfectly if not better than sitting at a table as their bar was incredibly spacious and I didn’t feel like I encroached on other guests during our meals. Their were all family style and encouraged sharing, being seated next to my partner made this easier. We had their Beef Tartare with Confit egg yolk, grilled octopus, Brussel sprouts, beef bourguignon gnocchi and black garlic mushroom tagliatelle. Though all of the food was balanced and flavourful I’d say my personal highlights were with the Tagliatelle and Tartare. We walked out pleasantly surprised by how stuffed we were, thinking that sharing/tapas style establishments across the city can and have been meagre with portions.
v-day menu is very lame. Basically you and your partner are forced to choose the same items as you are gonna share every course. The worst part is that the portion of the food is really just for one person!
Love it here! Such a different experience and the food is fantastic
Valentine’s Day. Prefix menu was outstanding for it’s price. Service was exquisite
A magical place with wonderful people and great food. Perfect tasting menu for Valentines Day.
Incredible atmosphere and very accommodating service!
Lovely staff. Food is on the salty side but good range of dishes and great flavours. Overall a tad pricey for the size of these share plates. Otherwise it could be a spot to consider more regularly. Delicious cocktails and mocktails.
A wonderful restaurant . Very nice ambience, friendly waiter (thanks Wes), and delicious plates. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a different kind of dining experience.
Amazing cocktails and delicious food! So much thought has gone into everything, it makes the experience feel very special. Highly recommend. Thank you!
