Mediterranean and Middleastern home made food

The best destination to enjoy the real home made shawarma
I ate here twice on my visit. Many of my travel mates were not really adventurous eaters and did not want to eat any Meditteranean food (my city does not have any good places) so even though this is a fast/casual place sharing space with subway I though the menu was appealing and it was the highest rated within a mile of my hotel, I made sure to stop by. \nThe first meal I had a large grilled combo plate. Chicken, steak, kofta, and sujuk on top of salad, pickles, rice, and potatoes. Everything except the kofta was delicious, the kofta was just a bit bland for my liking. There was enough food for at least 3 hungry people, I had lots of leftover.\nThe 2nd visit was right before going to the airport. It was right as they opened so the chicken was not quite ready so I went with beef shawarma in the big homemade lavash style bread and a side of falafels. The thinly shaved beef was moist and flavorful and I loved the texture and chewiness of the bread/wrap. The falafels were crispy and seasoned really nicely inside. My reluctant friends were envious of my food at the airport. ha.
So I wanted to go to Amir again, as it is one of favourite places to go. However, my friend told me about this new place for me called Shawarmaz. After trying out the Shawarma from here, I will definitely be coming here again for sure. \n\nThe size portions are good and the staff is friendly. Heads up, they do get pretty busy, so like is often long.
This was a great find. They are a bit hidden from the street, but offer an excellent menu.\nLebanese food is some of my favorite and this place did not disappoint. Pricing is more than reasonable as well!
Came here late one night and was very pleasantly surprised by the platters we ordered. \n\nI had the mix plate with most of the fix-ins and the meal came together very nicely. Everything on the platter was fresh and flavorful, the portions generous and the people behind the counter, very helpful.
Best food we had in Montreal.\n\nGrilled Chicken plate was great, meat was tender and delicious. Garlic potatoes are to die for. Comes with Hummus.\n\nChicken Shawarma wrap was also great.\n\nDO NOT LEAVE THE CITY WITHOUT TRYING THEIR MAGIC POUTINE! Garlic potatoes, cheese curds, gravy, your choice of meat and crunchy pita flakes topped off with parsley and sesame come together to form a confluence of favors that cannot be described. Best meal in the city.
One of our favourite places for good shawarma in Montreal! I would advise against taking anything not shawarma related (we tried the mixed grillades which was very disappointing, low quality of meat and a tiny portion) however, the magic poutine is truly magical! We get the large mixed shawarma magic poutine to share and it is probably enough for 3-4 people or as a meal for 1-2! Delicious fried garlic potatoes, juicy shawarma, lots of cheese and sauce and topped with their special sauce and toppings! Highly recommend!
This place is so delicious the magic poutine (chicken) is so delicious and tasty. I been ordering this place a lot because of there food is fresh and delicious. There tabouli salad is good and the sushi shawarma is the best with SaJ bread my favorite. But the best option I would go for is the magic poutine I love it because it is poutine but the Arab way.
Quick and easy shawarma place. Attached to a subway and a quick option for lunch.\n\nHad the mixed plate with beef and chicken. Add some potatoes and garlic sauce and I was good to go. \n\nWill go back.
