Spike’s Grill

Went for breakfast with friends. The restaurant is situated in the basement of the Princess Hotel on Bond. Full service, full menu options. A favorite for many of the railway workers that are employed nearby. Great, friendly service. The waitress recognized our dining partners from…other visits, and what they had ordered. Great full breakfast for a very reasonable price.

We have tried numerous places for breakfast. Still my favorite is the Spike. Great food, great service, and not too noisy. Now if you want fancy décor and such this may not be the place for you.

When a breakfast joint has good coffee, real/fresh potatoes, good tasting meat, city crews dining(I trust a working man/womans taste in diners)…you know there’s value for your money. Nice work Brad!

Never disappointed. Great value and great food, every time. Cash only is the only the downfall but they do have an ATM upstairs.
