Had a great time with the family enjoying our first time out since pandemic. Steak seafood and a cold beer even shared a desert .
Every year to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary, we have been celebrating at the keg! It was awesome as usual! We had the most amazing service. Our server was so incredibly sweet! She helped us celebrate with some champs and dessert! She was incredibly sweet! Our steaks were amazing as usual! First meal out in a long time with my hubby due to Covid! So glad it was amazing!
Great food and service, AC was inadequate for today’s record breaking weather.

To be honest it was a terrible , a waste of $145.00 to sit and not be able to enjoy our diner. I phoned the manager { Barry } after we got home and he said he was sorry about the air conditioner . I toke my wife out for what we thought would be a nice birthday diner. Further more most of your competitors closed because of the heat . To me it was all about the money . Had we known we would not have gone . My wife couldn’t even finish her diner. So it may be a very long time until we ever come back again . Regards Vic.

Reservation system easy to use, I liked the reminders. The service was great from the welcome at the door to the parting salutations. Lindsey was our server and was so warm, polite, knowledgable and easy to have around. She provided attentive service without being intrusive. The food was good, as were the beverages. My steak was perfectly cooked, veggies crisp and favorable, the warm bread to start is a tasty Keg tradition. We shared a Billy Miner pie dessert which was just a good amount of sweetness and all we could manage to save room for. A great evening with good friends, laughter, good food and service. We’ll definitely be back.
We had a fantastic meal (again) at the KEG in Burnaby. The food was great and the service was awesome. My prime rib was cooked to perfection.

Awesome server Very friendly and knew her stuff Patio was a bit warm but we still enjoyed ourselves
Even though most prime ribs should be medium rare, mine came medium, partly because the plate was scorching hot and it was probably left under the salamander for too long (is what my guess is, and I’m a cook by profession). I didn’t send it back because it was still tender, but would have preferred it to stay medium rare.
