My friends and I dine there about once a month. Steaks were served very, very quickly – on the heels of one person finishing the salad course. Also one steak order was too well done.
Beautiful meal, very tasty. Lovely atmosphere, we wer celebrating my birthday and got a candle in our desert and also got it for free which was a nice touch.

Consistantly good food and excellent service from our server Jack.

Unfortunately of the meals was delivered with the wrong accompaniments. By the time this was corrected the steak became medium instead of medium rare. They should have just brought out the missing item separately. We also had to ask for ketchup and ice several times. It was a busy night…but there are lots of staff running around.
Thank sooo much to the Keg and our Server Shelby for an outstanding meal and wonderful service. The Keg Classic with med rare striploin Chicago is the Best!! And thank you for the Billy Miner pie and champagne toast!!! Best Birthday yet!!
Not haut cuisine but reliable food, well served. Clean and comfortable. Room is a bit dark.

My steak was way over cooked. First bad experience I’ve had at the keg.
We go there quite often. Our last visit, on Monday, was the quietest ever. Actually, it was the last meal they served, since they were going to be closed for several days due to the COVID-19.
Because of the Virus, everything was a bit different, however, we were the only ones in the room, and it was for the first time ever nice and quiet. The server was very nice and the food was excellent.
Excellent service and the Keg kitchen consistently delivers delicious meals at a fair price.

Food was delicious, service excellent, ambience peaceful, and was a good value. Will be returning. Highly recommend this location.
The service was excellent and we felt very comfortable that staff had taken appropriate safety measures re: Covid-19. The food was average in taste and flavour and not good value for the money. It seems The Keg has gone downhill food-wise, since Cara Foods (Swiss Chalet etc) bought it. It’s a shame as The Keg used to be a guaranteed excellent meal out.
Brought my niece for dinner here to celebrate her 20th birthday. It is during Covid so the restaurant was pretty empty. I don’t think there was as many staff either because we did not receive the level of service that we normally do
Experience is consistent. Food quality is consistent. Services is solid and meets all expectations. A preferred casual dinner destination for the family.
