The Hangover Burger”.

“The Hangover Burger”. Sounds like a chapter in a novel. Well it’s worthy of that. One of the best burgers in this ole lumba town. Friendly staff, great food, locals welcoming visitors. Thanks Keegan to you and your team. Brian

While visiting the city and staying at a nearby hotel my wife & I had lunch and a brew here on two occasions. Our server was very friendly & attentive, the food was tasty and plentiful and a good selection of beer was available. When…fortunate enough to have a seat overlooking English Bay, the Three Brits is well worth a visit.

Rather bizarre experience.
1.0.0

Rather bizarre experience. Tried to go to 3 Brits @1pm for lunch on Sunday 9th August with my son who is 20. We were shown to a table, sat down and he was asked by the server for ID. He said he didn’t have it…with him at which point she kind of lost the plot, announcing loudly we would have to leave if he didn’t have ID and that we couldn’t stay because they were constantly being checked on and could lose their licence. I’m guessing from what she said, you can’t order food or non-alcoholic drinks in Vancouver without ID? I could understand if he was ordering alcoholic drinks but we hadn’t even been asked what we wanted. It appears that post Covid, not all businesses are interested in attracting customers back.

Fantastic staff. The manager Keenan was brilliant and so friendly. Made us feel at home and even arranged for all the staff to come see us on our last night. Don’t go to vancouver without a trip here.

Excellent pub located in the heart of English Bay.

Excellent pub located in the heart of English Bay. We did enjoy a great deal the happy hour with the excellent service offered by Sofie . The white wine was exquisite and extremely affordable and the selections oh appies as edamame, mozzarella sticks and dirty…fries are very delicious . A place to go back anytime. We had a blast with also the beautiful view and they are very good in following the social distance protocol and sanitization.

The Three Brits Public House was less than a 5 min walk from my hotel so I decided to have supper there.

The Three Brits Public House was less than a 5 min walk from my hotel so I decided to have supper there. The pub was bright and airy, lots of windows overlooking English Bay. I was hoping being a British pub, they may have had…Bangers and Mash, but no luck. I decided on the Steak Frites. Service was okay, but it did take a bit to get my steak. I was in no hurry and with nice wine and a great view no harm. My steak, an 8oz sirloin, was med rare as ordered, but a bit tough in places. The mushroom demi went nicely with the steak. The grilled tomato was a nice touch and the salad was okay. The frites were very good, nice and crispy and good with ketchup. I gave the pub a very good, but I think it was just shy of excellent. Given a chance I will return.

Every time we visit Vancouver we have stopped here for lunch.

Every time we visit Vancouver we have stopped here for lunch. It’s got a great view of English Bay and is close to the seawall and Stanley Park. They change up their menu every six months and the food is very good. It’s certainly not…a fancy place by any means, but it’s clean , the service is friendly, the food is great. What more do you need?More
